How to reach us
Email privacy@quantifiedlife.io. It is the same address the privacy policy names, and it is read by a person rather than a ticket queue.
This is a small operation, so be honest with your expectations: a reply comes as soon as it can, not on a clock we have promised. The one commitment we do make in writing is on the privacy policy — a request for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, is answered within 30 days and usually much sooner. If a support message has gone a week without an answer, send it again; mail does get lost.
What to put in the first message
Four things turn a round trip into a single reply. Which source it is about — Oura, Strava, the file you uploaded. The email address on your account, which is how we find the record at all. Roughly when it happened, a date is enough. And what you expected to see instead of what you saw.
Please don’t send screenshots of anything you would mind us reading; a description of the number that looks wrong works just as well as a picture of it.
Three things you don’t have to wait for us to do
Take the whole record with you
Settings has an export button. It writes out everything held about you — every measurement, journal entry, goal and connected source — and it does not need our help or our permission.
Delete the account
Also a button, in Settings, and it means it: the account and the measurements behind it go, and they do not come back. Export first if you want the record.
Disconnect one source
If a single service is the problem, disconnecting it on the sources screen stops collection from it immediately, without touching anything else you have connected.
